安徽信遠(yuǎn)自 2013 年推出液體肥料的成套生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，包括自動(dòng)計(jì)量配料、攪拌溶合、沉淀過濾、定量灌裝等工藝過程。2014
年信遠(yuǎn)又推出環(huán)保項(xiàng)目，使沼液變廢為寶，成為肥料，解決沼液污染問題。
采用微生物發(fā)酵工藝，主要分為 5 道工序。1 貯液，沼液經(jīng)預(yù)處理后送入原料罐，貯藏后送入發(fā)酵罐；2、接種發(fā)酵，沼液進(jìn)
入發(fā)酵罐，接種特定有益生物，并伴隨充分的攪拌混合，液體在發(fā)酵罐中停留后送入配料罐；3、養(yǎng)分配料，為使肥料品質(zhì)符合國
家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，需按嚴(yán)格的工藝程序向沼液中添加養(yǎng)分；4、貯液，添加養(yǎng)分后的液體送入成品罐，貯藏后送入包裝罐；5、包裝，對(duì)成
品液體肥料進(jìn)行自動(dòng)灌裝。

Anhui xinyuan has introduced a complete set of production equipment for liquid fertilizer since 2013, including automatic
measuring ingredients, stirring and mixing, precipitation filtration, quantitative filling and other technological processes. In
2014, xinyuan launched the environmental protection project, which made the biogas liquid waste into a treasure, and became
the fertilizer to solve the pollution problem of biogas.
The microbial fermentation process is mainly divided into 5 steps. 1. Liquid storage, the biogas slurry is pretreated and sent
to the raw material tank, which is stored into the fermentation tank; 2. Inoculated fermentation, the biogas slurry entered the
fermentation tank, inoculated specific beneficial organisms, and accompanied with sufficient stirring and mixing, the liquid
stopped in the fermentation tank and sent to the mixing tank; 3. Nutrient ingredients, in order to meet the national standards
for the quality of fertilizers, it is necessary to add nutrients to the biogas slurry according to the strict process procedures; 4.
Liquid storage, after adding the nutrient, the liquid is sent to the finished tank, which is stored and sent to the packaging tank; 5.
Packaging, automatic filling of liquid fertilizer for finished products.
