Ultra-fine powder automatic packing machine is a specialized equipment to achieve auto bag picking, fastening, opening, filling and sealing. It uses PLC HMI control, easy operation. It adopts modern industry design with solid structure, easy operation, stable performance and less maintenance. The machine can fill low proportion, much air ultra-fine powder, integrate bag supplying, opening, fastening, filling, transferring, bag mouth arrangement, sealing etc.
Good sealing performance during packing, avoid powder pollution.
A).適用于扁平塑料袋、紙塑復合袋等包裝袋的自動上袋、開袋、套袋包裝，采用挑袋的上袋方式。
B).具有無袋及夾帶檢測功能，無袋或夾帶不牢時不充填物料。避免物料的空投，從而保證生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的清潔及生產(chǎn)線的連續(xù)性。
C）夾袋下料裝置采用全密閉設計，同時采用下料通道和除塵通道分離技術(shù)，*限度減少粉塵的外溢。整機外圍全密封。
D).設有振動裝置，下料完成后托放袋底，將袋中物料振實，排掉部分氣體，確保后續(xù)封口完好。
E）精密元器件均密封設計，不裸露安裝，可適合粉塵環(huán)境使用，這樣可確保設備有較長的的壽命。
F）包裝機全部的元器件均采用國內(nèi)外*公司產(chǎn)品，能確保設備能長期、穩(wěn)定、可靠的運行。
G）有故障自診斷功能和聲光報警系統(tǒng)，及時對所出現(xiàn)問題進行警報。有敞開操作安全隱患的地方，設置有開門停機保護裝置，保護操作人員的安全。
H）對抽氣效果要求高的產(chǎn)品采用兩次抽氣機構(gòu)，提高抽氣速度。二次抽氣過程中，增加拍袋動作，可以避免用戶正在使用的設備在二次夾袋時，因為夾到物料部分產(chǎn)生的粉塵，避免物料的流失及對袋口的二次污染，節(jié)約了成本，保證了計量精度。

G). Auto failure detecting and sound/light alarm. Doors with interlocking system to keep operator safe.
H). Special auxiliary air discharging device to reduce air in the bag before filling, avoid mixture between powder and air, increase the filling speed.
I). Adopts double air discharging structure to increase the speed, and add the motion of bag flutter to avoid second pollution. Save the cost and make sure the accuracy.
